Current Openings
Efficiently performs painting and paint-related duties in a professional and workman-like manner. Carries out all duties properly and within the time frame given by the crew leader, field supervisor and job sheets.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Have the ability to move and use ladders and standard painting equipment.
- Perform all painting functions in a timely manner.
- Responsible for the safety and performance of every member on the team in the absence of a crew leader.
- Monitor attendance, appearance, language and proper use of equipment in the absence of a crew leader.
- Help crew leader train all new hires according to training Procedures.
- Order materials as needed for job with office approval.
- Respond daily to customers’ questions and concerns on the job site.
- Report concerns and/or problems to crew leader, field supervisor, or general manager immediately.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Clearly understand job site safety.
- Possess knowledge of products.
- Must have a clear understanding of preparation procedures
- Valid Drivers License
- 3 years prior painting experience
JOB SALARY:
$15+ hourly. We will provide you with 3-vacation days health insurance for employee only after waiting period of 6 months.

Rafferty Painting is always looking for leaders. We offer additional pay compared to a painter’s salary, plus special bonuses and benefits for Crew Leaders. Crew Leaders also receive a 1-week vacation after 6 month waiting period, health benefits for employee only and are bonus eligible.

- Experienced preparation procedures
- Show an ability to learn all painting functions
- Arrive to the job or shop by 6:30 a.m. daily, unless otherwise specified.
- Help painters and trainees learn how to carry out the following duties and responsibilities efficiently.
- Track time and fill out time sheets daily for your crew
- Maintain a neat, clean work site.
- Clean work site throughout the day.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must have 3-year painting experience and have previously been a crew leader/foreman.

We will provide you with health insurance and vacation. Foremen are also bonus eligible.
